Delivery

How long it takes

Bikes marked In stock or Low stock arrive in 2–4 working days.

Where a colour is marked Available to order, it takes 3–5 weeks. We say which applies on the product page before you buy, and we will never quote a two-to-four-day delivery time for a bike that is not in stock.

Cost and coverage

Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

There is nothing to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are settled before the bike ships — you will never be handed a customs bill at the door.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your bike is dispatched. Bikes ship in one large box and need a signature.
