Who controls your data

ACSupplyCo Ltd (company number 17086875) is the data controller. Email hello@ridewatt.co.uk with any question or request about your data.

What we collect and why

To fulfil an order we need your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number. The lawful basis is performance of a contract. We keep order records for six years because tax law requires it.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, who act as their own controller for payment data.

Who we share it with

Your delivery address goes to the fulfilment partner and courier handling your bike, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

Essential cookies make checkout work and remember your cookie choice (rw_consent, kept for six months). With your permission we also set Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, up to two years) to see which pages and bikes people look at. Marketing cookies are for measuring any ads we run; none are set until we run some, and then only if you allow them. Nothing beyond the essential cookies is set until you choose, and you can change your choice any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
