Two years, parts included

Every bike comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including the motor, battery, controller and frame. If something fails in normal use, we will repair or replace it.

It does not cover wear items such as tyres, brake pads and the chain, accidental damage, or damage from modification.

Your legal rights are longer

The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, and you can bring a claim against us for up to 6 years in England and Wales, or 5 years in Scotland — longer than the warranty itself.

Making a claim

Email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Most issues are solved by sending a replacement part — we would rather post you a controller than have you box up a 30kg bike.
