Who you are buying from
RideWatt is a trading name of ACSupplyCo Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17086875), VAT number GB524781186. Contact: hello@ridewatt.co.uk.
The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example the last unit sells while you are checking out — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Price and payment
Prices include VAT at 20% and free mainland UK delivery. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch rather than simply cancelling.
Road-legal use
Bikes labelled “Off-road only” exceed the UK limits for an electrically assisted pedal cycle. They are sold for use on private land with the landowner’s permission. Using one on a public road, cycle path or bridleway without registration, insurance and an appropriate licence is an offence, and you accept responsibility for how the bike is used.
Delivery and returns
Delivery timings are on our delivery page and cancellation rights on our returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts.
