Off-road use only. At 350W with a stated top speed of 32km/h it is outside the UK's 250W and 25km/h limits for a road-legal electric bike, so it may only be ridden on private land with the landowner's permission — not on roads, cycle lanes, bridleways or public paths.
About this bike
A 20-inch folder on a high-carbon steel frame, with a foldable front basket, a thickened steel rear rack and the battery carried behind the seat post. Seven Shimano gears, mechanical disc brakes, a suspension fork and a colour LCD display. The cheapest bike we stock, and the shopping-bike shape is misleading: at 350W it is not road legal in the UK and is sold for private land only. Pictured is the CY20 Pro, which shares the frame, basket and rack; the CY20 itself has narrower 2.35-inch tyres and a 36V battery.
