Off-road use only. At 500W with a stated top speed of 35km/h it is outside the UK's 250W and 25km/h limits for a road-legal electric bike, so it may only be ridden on private land with the landowner's permission — not on roads, cycle lanes, bridleways or public paths. It also has a thumb throttle that drives the bike without pedalling, which on its own would take it outside the road-legal category regardless of the motor.
